The platform
The experience is organised around two main roles. Coach operators can browse open offers, apply with tailored proposals and follow their application status. Integrated messaging supports quick negotiation and keeps every discussion connected to the relevant opportunity.
Administrators can create offers, review applications, select partners and maintain ongoing conversations. A broader dashboard gives them a clear view of operations, partner activity and offer status.
Technology and experience
The product was built with Next.js and React, with server rendering for performance and discoverability. Tailwind CSS supports a maintainable interface system, while Radix UI provides accessible interaction patterns. Forms use React Hook Form and Zod, with Embla Carousel and Recharts supporting richer product storytelling and data views.
The overall experience takes cues from the legibility of job platforms and the transparent offer mechanics of marketplaces. The result is a professional but lively space designed to encourage long-term collaboration.
